1.People are illogical,unreasonable,and self-centered. Love them anyway.
戒律一：人们往往会毫无逻辑，不可理喻，唯我独尊。但是不管怎样，还是要去爱他们。
2.If you do good,people will accuse you of selfish ulterior motives. Do good anyway.
戒律二：如果你积极行善，有人会指责你别有用心、谋取私利。但是不管怎样，还是要积极行善。
3.If you are successful,you win false friend and true enemies. Succeed anyway.
戒律三：如果你已功成名就，难免会招来虚假的朋友和真正的敌人。但是不管怎样，还是要力争成功。
4.The good you do today will be forgotten tomorrow. Do good anyway.
戒律四：你今朝的善行，众人会在明晨淡忘。但是不管怎样，还是要多多行善。
5.Honesty and frankness make you vulnerable. Be honest and frank anyway．
戒律五：坦诚待人，会使你易受伤害。但是不管怎样，还是要坦诚待人。
6.The biggest men and women with the biggest ideas can be shot down by the smallest men and women with the smallest minds. Think big anyway.
戒律六：思想最伟大的人物，可能会被心胸狭隘的小人击倒。但是不管怎样，还是要胸怀大志。
7.People favor underdogs but follow only top dogs. Fight for a few underdogs anyway.
戒律七：虽然人们有时怜悯弱者，但却总是追随赢家。但是不管怎样，还是要扶助某些弱者。
8.What you spend years buildings may be destroyed overnight. Build anyway.
戒律八：你花费多年创造的一切，可能会毁于一旦。但是不管怎样，还是要努力创造。
9.People really need help but may attack you if you do help them. Help people anyway.
戒律九：人们需要帮助，可当你向他们伸出援助之手时，可能会反被其伤。但是不管怎样，还是要帮助他们。
10.Give the wold the best you have and you’ll get kicked in the teeth. Give the world the best you have anyway.
戒律十：献出你全部的人生精华造福人类，可能会使你身受打击。但是不管怎样，还是要向人类献出你全部精华。
